For a leading sales team, we organised an intensive outdoor leadership event on the Veluwe. With a mix of physical challenges and strategic assignments, the participants discovered how to make decisions under pressure, collaborate and motivate team members.
During the mountain bike challenge, they not only had to overcome obstacles, but also make choices along the way: who takes the lead, how do you divide the roles and how do you keep everyone involved? In the evening session, we translated these insights into sales practice: how do you build trust, how do you adjust if a deal threatens to fail and how do you stay focused on the goal?
In addition to a good dose of fun and team building, the participants took away valuable lessons about personal leadership, effective communication and the importance of adaptability in a dynamic environment.
